At Twinkle Twinkle Little Delights, we craft our treats fresh for you, often customized for your event or order. Because of the perishable and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for food items, digital downloads, or mentorship sessions once purchased.

What if something goes wrong?

We’re human, and mistakes can happen. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include:

  • Your name & order number
  • Photos of the issue
  • A short description of the problem

We’ll review your case and work with you to find a fair solution. Depending on the situation, we may offer:

  • A replacement of your order
  • Store credit
  • A refund

Our goal is always to make it right and ensure you leave with a smile.

Custom Orders & Digital Products

Custom orders and digital downloads (templates, guides, and resources) are non-refundable. If you experience an issue with a digital product (e.g., cannot download), contact us and we’ll assist promptly.

Mentorship Programs

Mentorship sessions and coaching packages are non-refundable once purchased. If you have questions or concerns, reach out and we’ll discuss available options.
